Impersonation

The new team at ZVUE is continuing to impersonate me and post content under my name. They locked me out of all my accounts and are making public posts as myself. I want everyone to know that this is not me. I find it comical that they fired me but still want to continue to use my name and pretend I exist. They are so desperate they are using the name "realebaum" with my hometown "Rochester, NY" to try and fool people.

ZVUE if you are reading this: I would sincerely appreciate it if you would immediately stop using my name. Thank you.

  3. You pretended to be somebody you're not - the creator of this piece of work or that - and now somebody is pretending to be somebody he's not - you. What's the difference?

    1. That you ended up getting a few million dollars worth of unearned money as a result of your misrepresentation.

    2. One has to ask why on earth anybody would want to be mistaken for you, at this point.

    Neither point earns you much sympathy. You've admitted, not just to being guilty of plagiarism, but to making a regular habit of engaging in it - and have shown no remorse for your actions.

  11. LOL I loved in the last post where you refer to your "friends" at 4chan fark and somethingawful HAHAHAHA. If by your friends you mean your victims that is 100% correct. I'm pretty sure that all of the people that work for and even those that visit all of the previously mentioned sites are throwing parties and cheering to the demise of the ebaumsworld site. Go do a barrel roll ebum.

  12. But eBaum isn't your name. It's an identity linked to the site. You know, "Ebaum's World". It's in the fucking name. They have the rights to it because you sold it. They still use Tom at Myspace.

    Do you actually know that you sold the place? This includes the identity that came with it because it is in the title.

    Are you that dense? Do you not realize that you are going to be SUED by the people that bought your site as soon as "ebaumtv" comes out because they have the rights to the use of "ebaum".

    You do realize that right? You can't be that stupid.

  13. They have claimed in blogs made by their staff accounts that they don't need eBaum himself or his staff, and that the site users don't care about the site's employees, only the content. If this is true, why do they continue to use the name eBaum and impersonate him? We have certainly proved those claims to be false, haven't we?

Once again, it's obvious to me that the former staff of ebaumsworld.com is paranoid and delusional in believing everyone is out to get them. eBaumsworld OWNERS, ZVUE, are using the id 'ebaum' to post materials- OOOOOOOOH! Call the police! Ebaum is an ID. It's not like they said "This is eric bauman!" or made another ID called "eric"! They are just continuing on posting as was before, which was through 'ebaum', which is the website's name. Grow up. eBaumsWorld rules. This place sucks.
